METHOD OF PAYMENT: THE REGISTRATION FEE COVERS THE ABSTRACT COMPILATION (SINCE IT IS A JOURNAL BASED, NO PAPERS WILL BE INCLUDED), CONFERENCE PROGRAM GUIDE, ATTENDANCE AT ALL TECHNICAL SESSIONS, AND MEALS. TRAVELLING AND LODGING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Registration Terms and Conditions:

  1. Each paper will only cater for One Author Registration. Other authors must pay as Participant Without Papers if the other author or other person want to come and access the conference session.
  2. No-Show (Did not come to the conference) Participant/Presenter cannot ask for any materials to be sent to the Author UNLESS with a certain fee (Email Conference Organizer). Minimum is USD50 (Malaysia). However, the author may represented other person to get the conference material. Certificate cannot be given as the presenter did not present any work unless with an permission from the Organizer.
  3. Each paper will only get One Certificate. Extra certificate can be obtained through a certain fee based on the committee decision.
  4. Author and co-author(s) understand perfectly that the publication of the journals/papers/book chapters will takes 6 – 12 months from the conference date.
  5. Author and co-author(s) understand perfectly that the payment will not be refunded no matter what the situation unless if given permission by Organizer via email. Organizer has full right to give or not to give refund.
  6. Access to the Publisher database is not provided by Organizer. Author must use their institution subscription for the access. Author and co-author(s) has no right to ask Organizer for the copy. Hardcopy or softcopy version is also not provided by either Conference Organizer or Journal Publisher.
  7. Journal Publisher or Organizer has right to cancel any manuscript that does not meet the conference track or the paper is not suitable for their Journal WITHOUT Author and co-author(s) CONSENT. In that case, affected author will be NOT BE contacted for several alternative options such as move into another Publisher or etc.
  8. Author must make sure that their article is written based on Journal Publisher Topic AND Organizer Tracks. Organizer has right to cancel any journal that has not meet the guideline without Author and co-author(s) consent.

All terms and conditions will be applied automatically once payment has been made.

  1. Perhaps you can list out recommended hotels nearby the venue of conference for us to consider where to stay. And perhaps the ‘how-to-reach’ Langkawi transport facility, airline schedule, etc and also food selection. Thanks
